The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely, but some amenities were lacking. The service was excellent on vacation, especially on Friday. The location wasn't very inspiring, but it was convenient. The dining was delicious, but limited for specific diets. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, with some room for improvement.

The rooms were lovely with comfortable beds and furniture, looking exactly like the pictures and feeling opulent. However, amenities like teabags weren't refilled on the second day.
